Richard-Harrison

Richard lives in Stourbridge with his wife Ruth, 7 year old twins Florence and Violet and 1 year old Iris. Originally from just down the road in Halesowen he’s been a regular visitor to the Clent Hills which offers some (if little) preparation for the 3 peaks.

Richard graduated from the University of Birmingham with a 2.1 in Geology but after graduation moved into an IT career where he has spent the last 20 years mainly working with data and databases in the Energy industry. Most recently he’s working for Uniper and is a regular commuter to Duesseldorf as part of that role.

A regular 10k runner  (still aiming for that sub 40 minutes barrier) should mean that he’s already well prepared for this challenge but 3 peaks in 24 hours is no walk in the park.

Richard Says

"Doing the 3 peaks is something my Dad did many years ago and it will be great to emulate that and also raise some money for very worthwhile local and national charities."
